  2. Shopping at myalpaca.com
    When shopping in my alpaca Copenhagen’s webshop you accept our Terms & Conditions. Therefore please read them carefully before placing your order.

    An order is placed when you have entered your credit card information under “payment”, have pressed “pay” and the credit card issuer has approved the information. At that moment an invoiced will be sent to you and the purchase is registered.

    All prices include Danish VAT (25 %).

    We accept the following credit cards VISA, MasterCard and American Express.

    Can I purchase goods in the webshop from outside Denmark? 
    Yes. For delivery to countries outside the EU, we subtract the VAT before withdrawing the amount from you payment card.

  3. Delivery
    Orders placed at myalpaca.com will normally be delivered within 5-10 working days.
    We charge a flat shipping rate off 10 Euro to all countries.

    All packages are sent with Track & Trace and insurance.

  4. Your rights as buyer

  5. Cancel purchase
    If you regret your purchase in the webshop please sent an email to anne@myalpaca.com marked “cancellation order no. xx”.

  6. Returning goods
    From the date you receive the items you have 14 days right to return all items purchased in our webshop.

    The right to return an item and receive full refund is on the condition that the item is returned undamaged, unused and the receipt is enclosed.


    You cover the cost of the return shipment. The item or items to be returned must be sent to:

    We refund to the credit card holder that the goods were purchased by.
